Ticketing Information

All ticket purchases are online. There are no ticket sales at the gate.

Photo ID will be requested upon initial entry to ConFest.Please ensure your ticket name matches the name on your identity document.  Please have this ready for presentation before you arrive at the scanning point. We will also need your vehicle registration for traffic direction to your booked section onsite.

It is recommended that tickets are printed and are as readable as possible.

 

Please read the following important information before purchasing your ticket.

 Ticket Prices

Standard Ticket (16 years of age and over) - $180 + 2 hours volunteer contribution

* There are no day or shorter term tickets

Child Ticket (15 Years old and under) - $10

Vehicle Ticket  - $10

  There are no presales of tickets this year.  Tickets go on sale from Saturday 27th January until event begins.

  Do not buy tickets until you have all the names of attendees in your booking and have chosen your camping area.

If you are not responsible for a car. buy the general admission tickets and camp at CAMP WITH CAR, STAY PUT and THE FOREST.

If you are responsible for a vehicle, you must purchase a vehicle ticket where you can park in the CAR PARK, CAMP WITH CAR, STAY PUT if you wish to camp in the No Car Forest (Blue) park in the Blue carpark and use the bus.

 

Important Note for where you Park and Camp

There are three main sections for camping at ConFest: CAMP WITH CAR, STAY PUT and THE FOREST

There is a shuttle bus at the BLUE PARK to take you to your chosen area.

CAMPING OPTIONS

CAMP ANYWHERE CARPARK (BLUE)   (Park your car and walk in or catch the Marakesh Express Shuttle Bus)

Park your vehicle in the BLUE parking lot and take the Marakesh Express to your vehicle free BLUE camp site. Alternatively, walk your stuff in or use a shared trolley/hand cart. The BLUE area is for camping under the trees.

When you arrive on site you will be given a BLUE pass with your vehicle registration written on it. Your vehicle can come and go. From there you can take the bus to the PINKGREENBLUE camping zones.

COME AND GO ZONE (PINK) (Camp With Vehicle - Your vehicle may come and go)

Pull your vehicle up, set up your tent. Camp with your vehicle. Refer to map.

When you arrive on site you will be given a PINK CAMP WITH CAR pass with your vehicle registration written on it.

STAY PUT ZONE (GREEN) (Camp with Vehicle - Your vehicle cannot move during festival)

ARRIVE ON Thursday 28th March BETWEEN 12 NOON & 6:00 PM.

YOU CANNOT LEAVE UNTIL AFTER 9AM Tuesday 2nd April.

Drive in, camp with or in your vehicle where it is until the festival ends. Refer to map.

When you arrive on site you will be given a GREEN STAY PUT pass with your vehicle registration written on it.

Gypsy kitchen is in STAY PUT.

*Ticket Changes*

We strongly recommend you make all ticket changes before arriving at the front gate to avoid lengthy delays.

To make changes to your ticket use the following Ticket Changes form.

 

*Ticket Transfer/Resale*

Please note that ConFest does not recognize ticket transfers or resale. We highly recommend purchasing tickets directly from us and do not acknowledge tickets sold through third-party sources like EBay, Gumtree, etc. To ensure validity, please purchase your tickets only from us.

 

*Ticket Refunds*

WE DO NOT offer general refunds post event without supporting documentation. If it is for medical reasons then please attach medical certificate covering the dates of the festival. For more information regarding changes to tickets email your Booking ID Number with your query to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (your Booking ID can be found on the PDF copy of your tickets that you will have received via email from Try Booking).

Absolutely no refunds will be considered after June 30th 2024.

 

*Tickets At The Gate*

Just a friendly reminder that there are no ticket sales at the gate. However, at the gate you can purchase tickets using your own device if the internet is available.  Purchasing before arrival will help our Front Gate Crew process everyone as quickly as possible.

 

*DTE Members*

Members will be sent ticket details to their membership email address. If you have not received an email by 01 March.  Contact DTE.

 

*Volunteers*

Everyone at ConFest is a volunteer!

ConFest is entirely volunteer and community created.  That means no one gets paid to organise the festival  It is co-created by you and me.

Every adult is asked to contribute a minimum of two hours of their time as part of their ticket price. This fosters an active community and keeps ticket prices affordable.

ConFest is everybody's gathering. If you see something that needs doing or a way that you can give back to the community for two hours of your time, please go ahead and do it.

If you are unsure of how you can contribute your two hours, please please come to the Info Tent and enquire about how you can help. 

We also need Volunteers who can commit to 12 or 24 hours.

New Volunteers are required to purchase a full price ticket for $180

24 hour volunteers are refunded $170

12 hour volunteers are refunded $90

Previous volunteers once approved will receive a special booking link to purchase a $10 ticket.

 


 

*Night Arrivals*

Important Note - Vehicles Are Restricted From Moving At Night

Due to safety reasons, vehicles are restricted from moving around the grounds at night.

Arriving during the the day allows for ease of setting up your campsite.

Please arrive before 7PM?? otherwise you will be directed to a holding area overnight.

*Bringing Animals*

For the health and safety of the animals, other ConFesters, and the local wildlife, no other animals (including pets) are allowed on site.

Unauthorised animals may be removed to the local animal shelter or pound.
