Lost property retrieval process:

- Dm those we can reunite with their item

- Organise pick up or postage

- Valuables come to Melbourne & clothing etc stays on site

- After 6 months any remaining cash, the board gets notification & they decide best action

- Clothing gets donated/disposed of at Jan working bee is not reunited
