Camping gear, tents, ropes, poles, pegs etc ......

New Year ConFest can be very hot and sunny so bring tarps and shadecloth to make yourself a sunshelter, bring water spray bottles and a sarong or cloth to wet and drape around you. Rain and storms do happen, even during summer, make sure you have waterproof storage for your valuables. An umbrella is useful for both sun and rain. Bring an esky to keep your food and drinks cold, ice is available during ConFest from the roving ice truck twice a day. Bring a water tank to fill at night when the piped water is cool so you have cool drinking water for the next day.

There are a few thistles and other prickles on site so a small spade or other tool will be useful for removing them from your campsite, remember to bring bags or containers to take your rubbish home in.

As people arrive and leave navigating the site can become tricky, bring torches & batteries, and something to make your campsite distinctive, flags, banners, solar powered fairy and other lights (not gas or flame) and glow in the dark decor to help you find your camp again.
